App was working great for about a year until recently. It won't read or detect my driving records.it keep saying im on duty no matter how far I drive. No customer service phone number to call nor an email so we can get in touch with.
It's the worst ELD I ever used! Malfunctions all the time kicks you off driving onto on duty if I stop at a light or stop sign. It constantly effects my radio and phone with a beeping
When it comes down to driver's log books and you're using these kinds of applications illegally based upon the teamsters Kansas-Nebraska Union Act I would say permission is denied based on that they know how to turn their own log books into the Department of Transportation that's why they have weigh stations
Any time it updates something else goes wrong. Last update tracking my location quit working. I've sent several messages and nothing

Very disappointed, very poor assembled connector cable. Killed in one year since installed it first 4 (four) transmission. Working on with GMC to prove that this was caused by this ELD device. Need to reset my phone and tablet daily to keep it working. Tech department is friendly but don't believe it's their unit. Bhps transport After several patches and updates it's kind of working Location recording is a big issue: e.g. I'm in Anthony TX ! On record WRONG! LOG IS SAYING I SAT OUT 10HOURS IN NM
I use this app almost everyday driving a vac truck. It works fine, keeps up to date logs. It does make you submit logs for some reason when you log in but it's just a click of the screen. Very easy to use.
Can't get past the group I'd. Why does it need a drive's license for? I only need it to compute my hours.
